Healthcare and the Cloud: a conversation with GSK and Secberus on how to build best-in-breed security architecture.

Secberus was invited to participate in Plug and Play’s (PnP) Partnerships Transforming Healthcare: Healthcare and the Cloud event. Our CEO, Fausto Lendenborg was accompanied by Edmond Mack, VP Security Architecture at GSK as well as Jennifer Thomas, Managing Director of Health at PnP.

Jennifer moderates a lively, informative conversation that focuses on the relationship between Fausto and Edmond: how it started and why it’s continued. The common thread for these two has always been cloud security, and, more specifically, what’s working and what’s not.

Fausto claims “you need to understand risk in real time without blocking digital transformation...tools don’t help organizations, business solutions do.”

Edmond is currently planning his strategic approach on how to move GSK’s Consumer Health business unit, with over 1200 applications, to the cloud securely, quickly and efficiently. And he’s signed up Secberus for the task.

What he’s really asking is, “how do we enable the business with security-by-design solutions?” And what value does it bring to the enterprise when you take that approach?

Have a listen to the recording and weigh in with your own thoughts. We’d love to hear them.
